We offer group Reformer and Mat Pilates classes for every body, regardless of experience. We welcome people of all shapes, sizes, abilities, ages and genders with open arms. One of the beauties of Yoga is that it’s doors are open to all. Yoga means to ‘yoke’ or ‘unite’ the conscious with the superconscious state. Yoga philosophy was systemised some 2,000 years ago in ancient India by Sage Patañjali in a single treatise, Yoga Sūtra. Asana (physical postures) and Pranayama (breath control), which you will practice for the most part in our classes, are just two of the 8 limbs of yoga. Our classes welcome everyone, whether you have never stepped into a yoga studio or practice daily.
STRENGTH & FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
We offer group classes and Personal Training sessions for every body no matter your experience. Our Functional Fitness and Strength classes give a well-rounded mix of high-intensity, strength and mobility movements. Functional Fitness is designed so that you can feel better and more confident doing everyday movement and activities.
STUDIO & CLINICAL PILATES
Work one-on-one or in a semi private session on the full range of Pilates apparatus. Your instructor will tailor a program individually to you. Clients looking to rehabilitate an injury or have been recommended Pilates by a physiotherapist or other allied health practitioner are recommended to do private sessions before moving into Studio Pilates classes (semi-private). All clients will do an Initial Consultation prior to joining semi-private Studio Pilates sessions.
