Functional Fitness is a high-intensity whole-body workout designed to challenge your strength, agility and athleticism. Often circuit-based, you will use TRX straps, kettlebells, dumbbells, spin bikes, and more.Not prenatal friendly. No acute injuries. No latecomers. Runners required.
A strength class structured around resistance training and compound movements with a focus on improving form and mobility, building strength and overall muscle mass. You will use weighted equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells and other functional equipment, and master the fundamentals of deadlifts, squats, etc.Prenatal friendly for second and third trimester only with previous weight training experience. Boxing class is an active and fast-paced workout combining punching, footwork and partner work. You will work up a sweat and increase speed, strength and cardio fitness. Our boxing classes focus on intensity over force, improve your technique each session with the guidance of our expert instructors. We provide boxing gloves, focus pads and freshly washed inner liner gloves.
