FUNCTIONAL FITNESS 1
An energetic whole-body workout using bodyweight exercises, small weights, spin bikes, kettlebells and more. You will receive clear instruction and guidance from our expert instructors. Functional Fitness is about having the strength and fitness to do your everyday life. This might be to lift carry your groceries without getting sore arms, feel motivated to go for a hike, climb the stairs to your pilates class without getting short of breath. This class is welcoming and inclusive, come along and have some fun.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS LEVEL 2
If you already have experience in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or perhaps you are migrating over from CrossFit or F45. Functional Fitness 2 is an energetic whole-body workout designed to challenge your strength, agility and athleticism. You will use bodyweight exercises, TRX straps, spin bikes, kettlebells and more while being guided by our expert instructors. Functional Fitness is about having the strength and fitness to do your everyday life. Functional Fitness 2 can also be used to train at a higher level of fitness for events or more ambitious personal goals, maybe you are entering a sports event or preparing for a lengthy bike tour or hike.
A class structured around resistance training and compound movements. With the guidance of an expert instructor, you will focus on improving form and mobility, building strength and overall muscle mass. Using weighted equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells and other functional equipment, you will master the fundamentals of compound movements (deadlift, squat etc.), run through accessory work that will increase your overall strength, and work on mobility and ideal form for your body.
An active and fast-paced workout combining punching, footwork and partner work. You will work up a sweat and increase speed, strength and cardio fitness. Our boxing classes focus on intensity over force, improve your technique each session with the guidance of our expert instructors. Leave each session feeling thoroughly worked. We provide boxing gloves, focus pads and freshly washed inner liner gloves. We recommend if you are taking this class regularly to invest in a set of quick wraps for increased support and comfort.
Spin Circuit is a fast-paced workout combining spin cycling and circuit training. You will use bodyweight exercises, equipment and cycling sprints while being guided by our expert instructors. This class is an excellent burst of cardio, it will keep you moving, and you'll leave feeling entirely physically worked out.
