If a class is fully booked you can join the waitlist. You will receive an email & text notification once you’re in. You can respond to the text with a Y to accept the spot or N to pass your spot onto the next person on the waitlist. More often than not you will get a spot!
Please let the instructor know at the beginning of each class if have any requirements or need for modifications they should be aware of, or if you are pregnant. If you have a chronic injury, have an acute injury or have recently had surgery we recommend booking a 1-1 assessment for your first visit and completing Studio Pilates classes to learn how to adapt exercises for your body.
We welcome people who are in their second and third trimester to Private Sessions, Studio Pilates and Prenatal Yoga. We ask that you take a break from classes in the first trimester. We require that you get the all-clear from your doctor for exercising before booking into any class. Please tell the instructor if you are pregnant prior to each class. If you have had a consistent Pilates or Yoga practice in the lead up to your pregnancy, you may be able to continue on with general group classes, please check with your doctor first and make sure to inform your instructor.
