Go to the timetable page to book your classes online.
Book into class and you will receive an email with a link to join 10-15 minutes before class begins. Bookings close 15 minutes before the class start time.
Set up your home mat space and your device so you can easily see your screen. Your class will play through Zoom. If using your laptop there is no need to download an app, the class will open in a browser window. If using a phone or iPad you will need to download the Zoom app.
You may need to allow Zoom to access your camera and mic to join the class. However, once in the class you can turn your mic off. You can choose to have your video on or off. We recommend setting the screen to ‘speaker view’ so that you can see the teacher in the largest window.
Please let the instructor know at the beginning of each class if have any requirements or need for modifications they should be aware of, or if you are pregnant, you can use the chat feature or simply turn your mic on to char before class gets going. If you have a chronic injury, have an acute injury or have recently had surgery we offer Online 1-1 Sessions which may be more suitable for you. Otherwise, providing you have the all-clear from your doctor and/or specialists, feel free to join in and just sit anything out or that doesn’t suit you or adapt for your body.
Regarding pregnancy, we ask that you take a break from classes in the first trimester. Please tell the instructor if you are pregnant prior to each class. If you have had a consistent Pilates or Yoga practice in the lead up to your pregnancy, you may be able to continue on with general group classes, please check with your doctor first and make sure to inform your instructor.
