Standing poses infuse the body with energy. It is the action of the legs that pulls us up out of the spine in the inversions avoiding compression of the neck. Learning the standing postures first will help to avoid injury during yoga practice in the future. Part one in our Intermediate Yoga Workshop Series.

The Mini Yoga Challenge is a very real way to improve your wellbeing and deepen your understanding of yoga. The Mini Yoga Challenge is a 5-day commitment where you will work closely with Bianca in order to better understand your specific needs.
